Superbad Records was founded by Alec Bourgeois and Eugene Bogan in 1991 as a vehicle for putting out singles for their band Severin. With the demise of Severin in 1994 the label has more recently found new life as the long arm of The Dusters under the firm but loving hand of Alec B. From the begining Dischord Records has been a part of the family offering split label support and distribution through Dischord Direct. Superbad has released six records, 6 singles and one 10", two full-length LP/CDs, The Dusters "Simplicity" and Aina's "Bipartite".
